I have used Sure Fit several times to install door locks and replacement locks for my office and my home. They are always on time, professional and courteous. I would recommend them if you need locks replaced or other security work.

We were delighted Sure Fit could send a technician to our house the day of our move in to re-key all the locks. However, we were a bit surprised by the price tag. The technician needed to go back to the office to collect proper supplies. He charged us for his time to and from the office--about an hour! Does it really take three hours to re-key the locks on three doors? Technician also dinged the front door when installing new lock. Might look for a more cost effective option next time.
